We guarantee every garment to be tailored to our standards and all measurement specifications to be within industry tolerance. All garments requiring changes or alterations for any reason must be returned within thirty days from the date of shipment or all warranties are void.
Orders are usually cut and in process within 1-4 days after they are received. Deliveries average 4-6 weeks from the time orders are received.

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Due to the custom nature of our garments, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we may experience shipping delays that are out of our control. We will do our best to contact you regarding these if we can.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer UPS Ground free flat rate shipping to the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
